Requirements

Overview

Make an impact through data.

The Operations Data Analyst will be responsible for providing leadership data insights and provide information regarding key clinical, organizational, and financial metrics. The Operations Data Analyst will utilize knowledge of data acquisition, management, analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insight for the organization. This position will work across departments to collect, manage, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Position can be remote.

Responsibilities

Data Management:Provide data management for departments across the organization.Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.Assist with recognizing and upholding digital security systems to protect delicate information.Work with cross organizational teams to support strategic initiatives.

Data Interpretation and Analysis:Collect and interpret data from multiple modes and means for strategic decision-making.Analyze the results for cross departmental use and provide insight on required actions.Work alongside teams within the business to establish business needs.Define new data collection and analysis processes

Qualifications

Education:

Associates degree required plus two years of relavant experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or other analytics related field preferred; and/or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

Preferred One year financial/data analysis or relevant experience in a health care organization.

Required to have advanced skills in Excel and SQL.

Required to have experience in data entry and report writing support.
