The Role:
Select is looking for a talented and dedicated Assistant Product Manager to join our team in Burlington, VT. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, clear communicator, and skilled multitasker. As a member of our Product Team, you'll provide support for all facets of the design, development and production process. You’ll be responsible for analyzing products, maintaining timelines, and reviewing prototypes.

What your day will look like:
- Collaborate with our engineering leads to design and develop point of sale / display products for Fortune 500 companies.
- Manage project landmarks from concept through delivery.
- Build & maintain production schedules.
- Follow and communicate project status in order to support product planning/development.
- Use your knowledge of manufacturing processes for metals, composites, plastics and more including machining, forging, molding for composites, injection molding, 3d printing, etc.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Proactive, critical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Construct prototypes and confirm designs with the product team.
- Proficiency with Adobe software (Ai, PS, InDesign, Acrobat), with 2d & 3d rendering software knowledge a plus.
- Proficiency creating production ready technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc).
