Full description

For a renowned Swiss bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced business analyst. You analyse processes, data flows and systems in customer and contract management or in real estate management, and derive target pictures and decision bases from them.

Your tasks

  • Analyse and document processes, data flows, systems and responsibilities end to end
  • Create the as-is analysis, derive the target picture and to-be processes, define data ownership
  • Assess optimisation potential in data storage and the system landscape
  • Create business cases, effort estimates and risk analyses
  • Moderate workshops and present results at management level

Your profile

  • German at C2 level, the project language is German. Understanding of Swiss German is expected
  • Several years as a business analyst or data analyst in banking or comparable industries
  • Process and data analysis with BPMN, UML and visualisation tools
  • Understanding of IT architecture, system landscapes, interfaces and data flows
  • Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence

Nice to have

  • Customer and contract management, Siebel CRM
  • Practical experience with AI tools in business analysis
  • Power BI or Tableau, basic knowledge of CAFM and ERP
