Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Cyber Security Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Engineer with experience in the cybersecurity domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one leading EDR/XDR or Endpoint Security platform and should be capable of handling technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), product implementation, configuration, deployment, and post-sales technical support.
The candidate should also have a strong willingness to learn and work with advanced cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, NDR, OT Security, Threat Intelligence, and other emerging security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Support
Channel Sales & Partner Management
- Work
closely with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and system integrators during customer engagements.
- Provide
technical pre-sales support to channel partners and assist them in presenting cybersecurity solutions to customers.
- Conduct
product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POCs in coordination with channel partners.
- Support
channel partners during solution positioning, customer meetings, and technical discussions.
- Build
and maintain strong working relationships with channel partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist
channel partners with product onboarding, technical enablement, implementation, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate
with the sales and channel teams to support business opportunities and deal closures.
Pre-Sales Activities
- Deliver
technical product demonstrations and presentations to customers and channel partners.
- Understand
customer security requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
- Design,
deploy, and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Work
closely with the sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Support
the sales team with technical inputs, solution presentations, and customer queries.
- Assist
customers and partners in understanding product features, capabilities, and benefits.
Implementation & Post-Sales Support
- Perform
product implementation, configuration, deployment, and solution onboarding.
- Provide
post-sales technical support to customers and partners.
- Assist
customers in configuring and managing endpoint security solutions.
- Troubleshoot
technical issues and ensure successful product adoption.
- Support
customers during implementation and deployment activities.
- Coordinate
with internal teams and relevant stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure
a smooth transition from pre-sales engagement to implementation and post-sales support.
Technical Development
- Continuously
upgrade technical knowledge across cybersecurity technologies and emerging threats.
- Develop
knowledge of advanced security technologies such as:
- SIEM
- NDR
- OT

- Stay
updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and security technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience
working in Channel Sales / Channel Partner Ecosystems is preferred.
- Prior
experience in coordinating with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners will be a strong advantage.
- Understanding
of the IT/Cybersecurity channel sales model and partner ecosystem will be preferred.
- 1–3
years of experience in Cyber Security, preferably in:

Preferred Certifications
Candidates having the following certifications will be preferred:
- Certified
Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
- Relevant
vendor certifications in:
- Endpoint
Security
- EDR/XDR
- Cybersecurity
Solutions
- CCNA
or equivalent networking certification will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- B.E.
/ B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Equivalent
graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field may also be considered.
