Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Energy Solutions & Product Engineer. The role would be focused on developing, structuring and standardising new energy solutions for Greenvolt Next France, particularly around ACC, BESS, flexibility and more complex PV business models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and standardising new offers around ACC, BESS, PV + Storage and flexibility
  • Building the related business cases, financial models and pricing tools
  • Monitoring market and regulatory developments, especially for ACC, storage and energy markets
  • Identifying and contractualising partnerships with aggregators, suppliers, PMO operators and other relevant energy players
  • Supporting complex technical and commercial opportunities
  • Developing AI, automation and digital tools to improve the efficiency of Sales and Permitting teams, for example automated business cases, tender analysis, permitting documents, 3D PV/carport integrations or other repetitive activities.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the energy sector, ideally in solar PV, energy storage or energy services.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience developing business cases and financial models.
  • Good understanding of energy markets and innovative energy solutions; knowledge of BESS, collective self-consumption (ACC) and flexibility is a plus.
  • Strong business and product mindset, with the ability to translate technical opportunities into commercially viable solutions.
  • Interest in digitalisation, AI and automation and their application to business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across Commercial, Engineering, Finance and Permitting teams.
  • Fluent French and professional English.
