At DocMorris, we are looking for a Mid-Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design execution for our core prescription (eRx) products and innovative health services. What you will own and drive:

  • End-to-End Design Execution: Deliver high-quality user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for core eRx features, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Synthesise complex healthcare requirements into intuitive digital solutions, proactively planning design increments to accelerate team delivery.
  • Research & Validation: Leverage data and user research to validate your design solutions, ensuring we build products that genuinely solve patient friction.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Act as a strong advocate for customer-centricity, partnering with Product and Engineering to align on priorities and protect the user experience.

  • Stakeholder Management: The ability to present and justify design decisions clearly to cross-functional partners using data and narrative.
