We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused CISO Services Business Analyst to support the day-to-day business operations of our CISO Services program. This role serves as the central point of coordination between partner health centers and internal teams, ensuring customer needs, service requests, reporting, contracts, and operational activities are managed efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who enjoys working with clients, managing competing priorities, and keeping initiatives moving forward. This individual will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, coordinating business activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring important details do not fall through the cracks.
While familiarity with healthcare technology or IT environments is beneficial, this is primarily a business operations, customer engagement, and coordination role rather than a technical position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, relationship management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
