Are you ready to make a difference before and after the school day? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is on the lookout for positive, energetic role models to join our team in the Swift Creek Region.

Position: Before & After-School Child Care Counselor Locations: Clover Hill Elementary, Deep Creek Elementary, Moseley Elementary, Spring Run Elementary and Winterpock Elementary. Hours: Weekdays - 6:45am-9:15am and/or 3:30pm-6:15pm Salary Range: $16-16.50 per hour

  • Create fun, engaging activities that help kids grow and thrive
  • Support youth development through structured play, learning, and leadership
  • Supervise and inspire a group of awesome school-age children
  • Be a trusted mentor and a daily highlight in a child's life

  • Must be 18 with high school diploma or GED
  • 6 months of experience is required but your enthusiasm matters most!
