Candidates must hold a bachelor degree in Accounting or a business-related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, expense management, or project finance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Portfolio Support

  • Support the administration and governance of the project portfolio by maintaining project records, budgets, costs and benefits tracking, and portfolio reporting.
  • Assist in reviewing new project submissions for completeness and compliance with governance requirements.
  • Maintain project databases and budget files, ensuring approved projects and budget changes are accurately reflected in reporting systems.
  • Provide administrative and financial support for project governance processes while serving as a secondary support contact to Project Managers and the Expense Management team.

Internal Controls & Compliance

  • Perform contract split reviews, long-outstanding Purchase Order (PO) reviews, internal controls, and other compliance-related activities.

Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Support

  • Support ad hoc management requests, financial analyses, process improvement initiatives, and special projects within the Expense Management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business related disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, expense management, project finance, or PMO support is highly preferred. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Financial Analyst position.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or financial analysis is an advantage.
  • Proficient in PC applications and financial systems (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
