Job Description: .NET Developer

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur 🏢 Working Mode: Onsite ⏳ Experience: 3–4 Years 📄 Contract Duration: 6 Months 💼 Employment Type: Contract 👥 Positions Available: 3–4

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Developer with 3–4 years of experience in software development to design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality software solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
  • Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and backend services.
  • Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Work with databases to design queries, perform data manipulation, and optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand technical requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and application maintenance.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support system enhancements and bug fixes within project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
  • Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework or .NET Core/.NET.
  • Experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server and database development.
  • Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur for a 6-month contract.

ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES

  • Experience with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
