About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to support our Blending category, with a focus on Hamilton Beach® branded blenders - both countertop and kitchen systems. This is a physical product management role, responsible for driving strategy, development, and commercial execution across a well-established category. This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands’ continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company’s long-term strategy.

This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Director, Product Marketing.

Salary Range:$116,009.00 To $140,868.00 Annually

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for the Blending portfolio.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
  • Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance
  • Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans
  • Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve results
  • Contribute to innovation pipeline development and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods
  • Experience in physical product management, appliances, or consumer hardgoods preferred.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&L performance
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Under the annual equity incentive program, award shares vest immediately at grant and are subject to a three-year transfer restriction.
