Requirements

Candidates must have over 8 years of business analysis experience with at least 5 years specifically in the commercial lending domain. Proficiency in construction loans, loan origination systems, and SQL is required, along with experience in Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. • Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff. • Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements. • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules. • Support UAT, defect management, and production implementation activities. • Collaborate with lenders, credit teams, risk management, operations, and technology teams. Required Skills • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. 

  • 5+ years of Commercial Lending domain experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of: o Construction Loans o Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending o Loan Origination Systems (LOS) o Loan Servicing o Draw Management & Disbursements o Credit Analysis & Underwriting o Covenant Monitoring o Risk & Regulatory Compliance 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills. 

- Preferred Qualifications • Experience with lending platforms such as AFS, ACBS, nCino, Loan IQ, PrecisionLender, or similar. 

  • Experience in large-scale lending modernization or cloud transformation programs. • CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification preferred
