About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Governance domain of our enterprise AI platform.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Cybersecurity and Enterprise AI. You will be responsible for translating security and governance concepts into scalable product capabilities that enable organizations to safely control, monitor and manage AI systems.
We are looking for someone with hands-on product management experience in cybersecurity, security, governance, or a closely related product domain.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Governance product domain from definition through delivery, including roadmap, requirements, prioritization and execution.
- Define product capabilities around policies, guardrails, controls, permissions, risk management and enforcement.
- Define system behavior around dependencies, blocking, monitoring and alerts.
- Drive capabilities related to auditability, event logging and observability.
- Translate security and enterprise requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Work closely with R&D, Security, Architecture and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of Product Management experience specifically in a Cybersecurity, Security, Governance, GRC, IAM, Cloud Security, Policy Management or closely related product.
- Experience managing B2B Enterprise products.
- Experience with products involving policies, controls, permissions, monitoring, risk, enforcement or alerting.
- Strong understanding of complex systems, dependencies and system behavior.
- Good technical understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and infrastructure.
- Proven experience translating complex technical requirements into clear product requirements.
- Strong experience working closely with R&D and technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, communication and execution skills.
