I. Job Summary

Enterprise data management is key to the Service, Billing, and Invoicing for a successful customer experience. This position will support the organization through consistent, timely, and accurate execution of data projects.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for very complex Customer Hierarchy projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data against multiple sources, performs in depth analysis, interprets results and develops actionable insights and recommendations for correct Customer Hierarchy structure.
  • Maintains, analyzes, and resolves data initiative issues and executes revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards
  • Receives, organizes and executes data projects. This includes pulling and comparing reports from CRM and other systems, interpreting that data on behalf of other partners, identifying and raising technical/system issues and communicating results and progress back to various partners.
  • Supports & executes pre-billing data correction requests executing those transactions accurately & within targeted SLA’s
  • Manages large pricing reconciliation projects using a combination of system extracts & business knowledge to accurately align system to contract executed values
  • Support key data controls to proactively identify & remedy inaccurate data points in system and avoid customer & organizational impact
  • Works with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement through data project root cause analysis enabling project creation to remove contributing defects affecting data stability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in business or communication or the equivalent in related work experience
  • 4 years data analysis experience

Pay: The expected base pay range for this remote position is $62,200 - $77,800. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
