We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to join BrainyYack and help build modern, scalable applications and AI-powered solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer who can take ownership of complex backend development, architecture, integrations, and production-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Python applications, APIs, and backend services
  • Build integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems
  • Work on AI/ML and LLM-powered applications, agents, and automation workflows
  • Design clean, maintainable system architectures
  • Work with databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, DevOps, and frontend/mobile engineers
  • Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues
  • Help establish engineering standards and mentor other developers

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience
  • Advanced Python experience
  • Strong experience building APIs with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
  • Experience with SQL and modern databases
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and API design
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Docker, CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs is highly desirable
  • Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents is a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders
