Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to define project scope and objectives
  • Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to support software development
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business goals
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
