This is a customer-facing, sales-collaborating role focused on managing home improvement loan accounts throughout the sales and installation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-facing or account management role, be comfortable reviewing contracts and customer information, and have experience working in CRM and business systems.
This is not a traditional accounting or financial planning role. Success in this position comes from strong account management, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with Sales and Operations teams.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:
- Manage and monitor assigned home improvement loan accounts, ensuring accurate and timely information throughout the customer lifecycle
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve account, contract, and financing discrepancies
- Review customer contracts, loan information, transaction details, and account documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze customer and job-level information throughout the sales and installation lifecycle
- Review and manage account information across CRM, loan, financial, and business applications
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies between systems and work with internal teams to resolve them
- Serve as a key point of contact between Sales and internal financing/account teams, helping ensure loan and account information moves accurately through the process
- Track account activity, customer financing information, and outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools used to monitor account activity and performance
- Translate account, financing, and operational information into clear, actionable information for Sales and Operations leaders
- Communicate with internal teams and, when needed, customers to clarify account or financing-related questions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and create a better experience for both customers and sales teams
- Maintain accurate records and protect confidential customer and financial information
To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
- Availability to work a Monday through Friday schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Experience in a sales-facing, account management, customer service, or sales support role
- Experience managing customer accounts or transactions from initiation through completion
Experience reviewing contracts, customer agreements, loan documents, or other financial/customer documentation
- Experience using CRM systems and other business applications to manage customer or account information
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or missing information Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Comfortable working with data and using information to identify issues and drive solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow an issue through to resolution
Ability to communicate financial and account information in a way that is easy for sales and operational teams to understand
- Experience in home improvement financing, consumer lending, or a similar industry is a plus
This is not an accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or P&L management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing accounts, reviewing contracts and documentation, working in CRM systems, and partnering directly with Sales and Operations.
