We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Learning & Development Project Manager who will lead the deployment of Deloitte's Learning & Development agenda across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Talent stakeholders, and HR teams, translating business priorities into impactful development solutions. You will drive strategic learning initiatives, facilitate development programs, and play a key role in building future capabilities across the organization, including AI readiness and workforce transformation.

👀 What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Project Management, HR Consulting or other related personal/employee development areas.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience facilitating workshops, learning programs, or leadership development initiatives.
• Experience working within a multinational or matrix organisation is an advantage.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical learning and development solutions.
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Learning design and content development experience.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate learning impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with AI upskilling, digital learning, or workforce transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Curiosity about emerging learning trends, digital learning, AI, and workforce transformation.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and self-management.
• You have excellent communication skills of both Czech and English languages.

Your future role

👉Drive the Learning & Development agenda in CZ & SK

• Lead the implementation of regional and Central Europe learning initiatives across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Learning & Development topics within the local business.
• Partner with business leaders, Talent Directors, HR Business Partners, and Talent teams to identify capability needs and development priorities.
• Represent Learning & Development in leadership meetings, business forums, and Talent discussions.

👉Lead strategic projects

• Drive strategic learning initiatives, including leadership development, professional skills programs, and AI capability-building.
• Design and facilitate workshops, development programs, and learning experiences in Czech and English.
• Manage end-to-end learning projects from planning and implementation to evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee relationships with learning providers, facilitators, and key stakeholders, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective budget management.
• Represent Learning & Development in local and regional forums and contribute to broader Talent initiatives across Central Europe.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness, collect stakeholder feedback, and use insights to continuously improve learning programs and learner experience.
• Support annual training budget planning and forecasting.
• Monitor training spending and budget execution throughout the year.

👉Own the AI learning agenda

• Lead the deployment and adoption of AI learning initiatives across Central Europe.
• Promote AI fluency and capability-building programs across different employee groups.
• Partner with stakeholders to localize and implement AI learning solutions.
• Monitor participation, impact, and effectiveness of AI-related learning interventions.
• Identify emerging skill needs related to AI transformation and propose relevant development solutions.

Selection process

4) Final interview – discussion with the HR Director for the Czech Republic & Slovakia.3) Business interviews – meeting with Monika Trzebinska and Laura Cosma to discuss professional background, competencies, and role expectations.2) HR interview – introductory discussion with Iva Habrnálová to assess experience, motivation, and overall fit.1) Online tests – completion of an online aptitude and skills test.
