INTECH Process Automation is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of the Instrumentation & ICSS field work management contract, with accountability for HSE, project execution, manpower, schedule, cost, quality, technical coordination, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for managing and delivering the Instrumentation & ICSS field work management contract.
  • Lead project execution, planning, scheduling, manpower, resources, HSE, quality, cost control, and client coordination.
  • Manage Instrumentation, ICSS/DCS/SIS/ESD, F&G, PLC/SCADA, analyzers, and associated field maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with Client, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor Work Orders, project progress, KPIs, risks, documentation, and commercial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Client procedures, PTW/LOTO, MOC, safety requirements, technical standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience, including project/site management.
  • Experience managing Instrumentation and ICSS maintenance/service projects in operating or brownfield facilities.
  • Knowledge of DCS, SIS/ESD/PSD, F&G, PLC/SCADA, field instrumentation, analyzers, and related systems.
  • Experience in manpower/resource management, planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and client coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE, PTW, LOTO, MOC, quality and project execution requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, reporting, and client-management skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
