About the role

Infront is looking for a Strategy & Finance Analyst to work closely with the Chief of Staff on high-priority business initiatives. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for an ambitious, analytically strong and highly organised professional who can help turn strategic priorities into clear analysis, coordinated execution and measurable outcomes. You will support the planning and delivery of change projects, contribute to special projects and business analysis, and help coordinate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) work. The role involves regular interaction with executives, senior stakeholders and teams across the business, so sound judgement, clear communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Project-manage change initiatives: Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, including workplans, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies and progress reporting
  • Support M&A execution: Assist with M&A processes, including research, analysis, financial modelling, business valuation, preparation of materials, coordination of inputs and tracking of diligence and integration workstreams, as appropriate.
  • Prepare executive materials: Create concise, polished presentations, briefing notes, analyses and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive special projects: Structure and deliver time-sensitive projects for the executives, Chief of Staff and senior leadership, from initial scoping through recommendations and follow-through.
  • Provide decision-support analysis: Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative information to assess business questions, business valuations, evaluate options and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Coordinate stakeholders: Work across teams to collect information, align contributors, surface issues early and keep decisions and actions moving.
  • Improve ways of working: Help strengthen project-management practices, reporting and follow-up across priority initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in investment banking or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, building models or analyses, and translating findings into practical recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to produce accurate, clear and executive-ready / board-ready work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing input from multiple teams.
  • Strong organisation and follow-through: you can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and keep details accurate.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to take ownership of work while knowing when to ask questions or escalate.
  • Professional fluency in English required

Helpful experience

  • Exposure to corporate strategy, corporate finance, M&A, due diligence or post-merger integration.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, international or cross-functional business environment.
  • Fluency in European languages helpful but not a requirement.

The opportunity

This role offers broad exposure to strategic and operational priorities and close partnership with the Chief of Staff and executives. It is suited to someone who is ambitious and enjoys combining rigorous analysis with practical execution and wants to build experience across strategy, finance and company-wide initiatives.
