Benefits
Full description
Oracle is seeking a Lead Principal Product Marketing Manager to own the global trust narrative for Oracle AI Database. This senior individual contributor will define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across security, resilience, privacy, sovereignty, compliance, and governance. The role will shape how Oracle speaks to security and technology executives, customers, analysts, partners, and the broader market about protecting data at its source and building AI enterprises can rely on.
Why this role matters now. AI is increasing the value of enterprise data and the speed, scale, and sophistication of attacks against it. As organizations put AI into production, security and technology leaders need more than perimeter controls and application guardrails. They need confidence that identities are validated, data is protected at its source, systems can withstand disruption, and workloads meet privacy, sovereignty, and compliance requirements. Oracle can lead with a differentiated trust story grounded in the database and the data itself. This role will define that story, turn it into credible proof, and bring it to the moments that shape customer decisions and market perception.
As a senior individual contributor on the Database PMM leadership team, you will operate with executive-level scope and visibility. You will partner with product management, engineering, security, OCI, sales, corporate marketing, analyst relations, and communications to establish a differentiated point of view on trust. You will influence product strategy, guide major launches, create proof and content that scale through the field, and represent Database with customers, analysts, press, and internal executives. Success requires sound judgment, technical depth, exceptional writing and storytelling, and the ability to move a matrixed organization without formal authority.

- Support major launches by writing messaging hierarchies and launch content for trust capabilities, and coordinating deliverables across contributors.
- Lead through influence across a large, matrixed organization, aligning product, engineering, sales, corporate marketing, communications, and field teams.
- Advise senior Oracle executives and serve as a visible, credible spokesperson with customers, analysts, partners, and industry influencers.
- Establish measurement rigor by defining success metrics, assessing market and business impact, and using customer and competitive insight to refine strategy.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to market to enterprise buyers focused on risk and to regulated industries, and to translate security and compliance capabilities into business value.
- Proven track record as a senior individual contributor who drives outcomes through influence in a large, matrixed organization.
- Launch experience for enterprise products, including messaging architecture, content creation, and field enablement.
- Strong communication skills: a clear writer, an effective presenter, and confident in front of analysts, press, and C-level customers.
