About the Center

The Ashesi Center for Entrepreneurship supports students and alumni as they move from early ideas to viable ventures through a structured entrepreneurship pipeline built around three stages: Idea, Project, and Venture. Through programs, grants, sector engagement, and partnerships, the Center equips builders to test ideas, develop solutions, and approach venture building with greater clarity and readiness.

The Center helps anchor entrepreneurship within the university by connecting it to faculty expertise, student and alumni development, and Ashesi’s wider contribution to innovation and economic development.

As it grows, it is strengthening the systems, evidence, and cross-functional discipline required to operate as a credible, high-performing platform for entrepreneurship development.

About the Role The Graphic Designer translates the Center for Entrepreneurship’s programs, ventures, research, evidence, campaigns, events, and institutional priorities into clear, compelling, and consistently branded visual communication.

The role manages design assignments from brief and concept through production and final delivery across digital and print channels, combining strong creative judgment with production discipline to ensure high-quality, audience-appropriate, and timely outputs.

The role is also a key contributor to student community engagement, working with the Digital Communications & Community Engagement Officer and Senior Programs Officer, Student & Academic Innovation to create the visual campaigns and campus presence that make entrepreneurship and innovation visible and engaging to students.

The Graphic Designer strengthens the Center’s visual communication systems through consistent brand application, reusable design assets, and disciplined management of creative files and production processes.

  • Maintain organized and accessible source files, final artwork, templates, photographs, brand assets, and other creative resources.
  • Coordinate with printers and other production vendors where required, including preparing specifications, reviewing proofs, and checking final outputs against approved artwork.

Support Student Community Engagement and Activation
