Full description

Location: Remote Sector: Banking (international project) Availability: Immediate or within 2 weeks

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an international project in the banking sector. You will build a self-service "golden path" for cloud platform consumption.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a self-service golden path using Terraform and automation
  • Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code components for account onboarding, workload deployment and connectivity
  • Integrate security, networking, governance and operational controls into the golden path
  • Define the developer and platform team experience for consuming the golden path
  • Establish controlled build, test, release and promotion mechanisms for platform code
  • Document usage, maintenance and the support model for reusable Terraform components
  • Validate the golden path through a selected pilot application

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering
  • AWS Cloud (minimum 1 year of hands-on experience)
  • Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
  • Automation and CI/CD
  • Git

Nice to Have

  • Platform Engineering
  • Cloud Security, AWS IAM
  • AWS Networking (VPC, routing, connectivity)
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • French

Languages: Fluent English (minimum B2 in speaking, writing and listening)

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication, autonomy and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and with consultants on different timelines
  • Good prioritisation skills
