  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform financial modeling and deep-dive analysis for senior leadership, developing clear conclusions around business performance, underlying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Data & Reporting Stewardship: Help maintain accurate and reliable enterprise reporting through consistent metric definitions, data validation, documentation, and appropriate reporting controls.
  • Work with Data Tools: Extract, reconcile, and analyze financial and operational data using SQL and AtScale cubes; develop clear dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Partner Across the Organization: Work closely with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Product, Actuarial, IT and other business teams to support recurring reporting, strategic initiatives, and new analytical needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring processes, reporting, and analysis through better use of data, technology, and emerging tools.

  • Working knowledge of SQL to query, manipulate and reconcile data; willingness and aptitude to develop more advanced SQL skills.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau with an interest in developing more advanced dashboarding and visualization capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to synthesize complex analysis into clear takeaways and confidently communicate findings to senior executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate discrepancies, work through unfamiliar problems, and develop well-supported conclusions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage recurring deliverables and ad hoc requests across multiple priorities.
