Full description

In order to design, develop and deliver new modules to our clients, MAINSYS is looking for Senior Software Engineer who will:

  • participate in the definition of the needs and choice of architectures,
  • take part in the conceptual and technical analyses of the architecture and software components,
  • participate in the development, integration and testing of the various software components,
  • be involved in the deployment of these components in our clients’ environments.
  • lead specific changes and coordinate the various stakeholders involved.

Your Profile

  • You are a Senior Software Engineer and have a degree in computer science or equivalent [MUST HAVE]
  • At least 5 years of experience in Java development is required, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and ease of monitoring.
  • You speak French and are proficient in English. Dutch is an asset. 
  • You have skills in Java development:
  • Java 17+
  • Build up and maintain REST API  
  • Spring Suite 6 and 7 (spring-rest, spring-security, spring-boot)
  • A knowledge of JBoss EAP 8 , Jboss Server or RHBK is welcome
  • A knowledge of Docker is an asset
  • A knowledge of Message Queuing (IBM) and Kafka is an asset
  • You are dynamic, problem solving, self-taught, team spirit
