About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our Integrations team. You will build the ERP/HCM integrations, Chrome extensions, microservices, backend APIs and front-end screens that connect RChilli's AI products to platforms like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Salesforce.

What you'll do

ERP / HCM integrations

• Build and maintain integrations with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Salesforce and other ERP/HR platforms.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, OAuth and data mapping between RChilli and client systems.
• Debug integration failures and resolve client tickets on time.

Chrome extension

• Develop and enhance RChilli's Chrome extension (Browser Assistant) using JavaScript/TypeScript and Manifest V3.
• Work with content scripts, service workers, Chrome APIs and secure communication with backend services.

Microservices and backend APIs

• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs in Java and Spring Boot.
• Design database schemas and write efficient queries (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Deploy and monitor services on AWS.

Front-end development

• Build responsive UI screens with React or Angular, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Connect front-end screens to backend APIs and keep the user experience fast and clean.

Quality and delivery

• Write unit tests, pass code reviews and SonarQube quality gates.
• Deliver committed sprint tasks on time and document your work.

What you'll bring

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Java / Full Stack Developer.
• Good command of Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices basics.
• Experience with at least one front-end framework (React or Angular) plus JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Working knowledge of Chrome extension development (Manifest V3, content scripts, Chrome APIs) or strong JavaScript skills to pick it up fast.
• Exposure to third-party or ERP/HCM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML and webhooks.
• Comfortable with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL); basic MongoDB is a plus.
• Familiar with Git, Postman and Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Good problem-solving and clear communication.

Good to have

• Hands-on work with Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or Salesforce APIs.
• A published Chrome extension or browser add-on.
• TypeScript, Node.js or Python.
• AWS basics (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker and CI/CD.
• Unit testing (JUnit, Jest) and SonarQube.
• Exposure to LLM/GenAI APIs.
• Interest in HR Tech or SaaS products.

How success is measured

In your first year, you will be measured on these outcomes:

Sprint delivery : Assigned sprint tasks closed on time

Client tickets : Integration and extension tickets fixed within agreed timelines

Integrations : ERP/HCM integrations run with a high success rate and few failures

Chrome extension : Stable releases with no critical bugs reaching users

Code quality : Code passes reviews and SonarQube quality gates, with unit tests

Performance : APIs and UI screens stay fast as usage grows
