We are seeking a seasoned Java Tech Lead with over a decade of experience to drive technical strategy and execution within our IT Services sector. This pivotal role is responsible for architecting robust solutions, overseeing complex system designs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software products. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation, leveraging deep expertise in operating systems, database management, and modern integration frameworks like Kafka to guide development teams toward achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities
