Job Title: Lead Developer – Python / FastAPI / Databricks Experience: 7+ years Role Focus: Full-stack development, technical design, Python, FastAPI, Databricks Apps

Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Developer with strong full-stack experience in Python-based application development. The Lead Developer will translate the high-level architecture provided by the Solution Architect into detailed technical designs and working application components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert high-level architecture and modules from the Architect into detailed technical designs.
  • Lead development of Python-based applications.
  • Design and develop applications using FastAPI and Python.
  • Build and integrate applications deployed through Databricks Apps.
  • Develop components across the full application stack:• UI layer
  • Application/integration layer
  • Database layer
  • Build selected core components and provide technical direction to developers.
  • Break architecture into modules and assign implementation requirements to engineers.
  • Review developer implementations and ensure alignment with the architecture and technical design.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and database integration.
  • Collaborate with the Architect to resolve technical and design issues.
  • Ensure applications follow multi-tenancy and isolation principles defined by the architecture.

Required Skills

  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Strong experience with FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks Apps.
  • Full-stack development experience.
  • Experience across UI, application/integration, and database layers.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing application components from high-level architecture.
