Current Opportunity

Right now, we´re seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer the role will primarily focus on monitoring data pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of business reports, managing incidents, and supporting day-to-day BI platform operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Data Pipeline & Platform Monitoring

Monitor Azure Data Factory and Databricks pipelines/jobs, identify failures or delays, perform initial troubleshooting, and ensure daily workloads run successfully.

• Business Report Delivery & SLA

Ensure business reports are generated and delivered accurately and on time, monitor delivery SLAs, and proactively highlight potential delays.

• Incident Management & Troubleshooting

Manage production incidents, perform initial root-cause analysis, coordinate with relevant technical teams, and ensure timely resolution and closure.

• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

Communicate pipeline issues, incidents, report status, and delays clearly to stakeholders while collaborating effectively with Data Engineering, BI, and other teams.

• Operational Support & Continuous Improvement

Follow operational procedures, maintain monitoring and incident documentation, identify recurring issues, and support automation and improvements to BI platform operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, Data Operations, BI Operations, Production Support, or a related technical role.

• Technical knowledge

• Knowledge of English language at least on B2 level

You Should Have Experience In

• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory, SQL, and data engineering concepts may also be considered.

• Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts.
