Overview

Project Managers independently lead projects across multiple workstreams, owning delivery from planning through completion while balancing scope, timing, budget, quality, and client expectations.

Project Managers bring clarity to complexity. They identify risks early, make informed decisions, manage competing priorities, and adjust plans before issues affect scope, cost, quality, or client confidence. They are trusted to own outcomes, navigate day-to-day trade-offs, and create confidence for teams, stakeholders, and clients through sound judgment and reliable execution.

As active delivery leaders, Project Managers apply strong project management, financial, and operational expertise to keep work moving forward, improve how work gets done, and strengthen delivery outcomes. They use new tools, technologies, and ways of working to improve visibility, efficiency, and delivery outcomes as client and business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

Strategy

• Develop and manage project plans that establish a clear path to successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Make day-to-day decisions that balance scope, timing, budget, quality, resource availability, and client needs.

• Anticipate risks, trade-offs, and resource constraints early, adjusting plans and priorities to protect project outcomes.

• Manage project scope and financial health proactively, identifying risks, evaluating options, and recommending solutions that support successful delivery and responsible business outcomes.

• Lead discussions around priorities, resource needs, and delivery approaches, helping teams stay focused on the work that matters most.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and ways of working, applying changes that strengthen delivery outcomes and team effectiveness.

Delivery

• Own successful delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and at the expected level of quality.

• Actively manage project scope, budgets, forecasts, timelines, and resource plans, identifying risks and opportunities early and driving solutions that support successful delivery and responsible business outcomes.

• Monitor project health and delivery performance, proactively mitigating risks, addressing issues, and communicating impacts before they affect outcomes.

• Manage scope changes, evolving priorities, and project constraints, helping teams understand implications, evaluate options, and move forward with clarity.

• Lead cross-functional teams through delivery challenges, resolving dependencies, removing obstacles, and driving action to keep work moving forward.

• Apply and evolve processes, tools, technologies, and AI-enabled ways of working that improve visibility, efficiency, execution quality, and delivery outcomes.

Knowledge

• Apply project management, financial, and operational expertise to support sound delivery decisions and successful project outcomes.

• Develop accurate estimates, scopes of work, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans that support effective planning and execution.

• Apply financial and contractual knowledge to evaluate project health, identify risks early, and make recommendations that support responsible business outcomes.

• Use project management platforms, workflow tools, and reporting to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve delivery performance.

• Understand the business objectives behind the work and apply that context to delivery decisions, prioritization, and stakeholder discussions.

• Evaluate and apply new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled ways of working that improve efficiency, visibility, and delivery outcomes.

Leadership

• Build trust and confidence with teams, stakeholders, and clients through sound judgment, accountability, and follow-through.

• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and trade-offs clearly, distilling complex information into the key points teams and clients need to understand, so teams and clients understand what is happening, why it matters, and what comes next.

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships proactively, addressing concerns early and maintaining confidence in delivery.

• Own project outcomes by following issues through resolution and making the day-to-day decisions needed to keep work moving.

• Bring forward practical recommendations, solutions, and next steps when teams need clarity or direction.

• Use evolving tools, technologies, and ways of working to improve communication, collaboration, and delivery confidence.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of agency, marketing, communications, healthcare, or related experience leading project delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

• Strong project management and financial management skills, with the ability to balance scope, timing, budget, quality, and client needs.

• Sound judgment and the confidence to make day-to-day decisions that keep work moving forward.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build alignment, navigate challenges, and create confidence with teams and clients.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend a path forward.

• Curiosity about new tools, technologies, and ways of working, with the ability to apply them to improve delivery outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
