The KBF GRAYBOX Digital Marketing team is looking for a Project Manager with proven experience successfully managing a variety of digital consulting engagements.

Candidates should have well developed skills for running digital marketing, creative, and website projects, are comfortable engaging people with a variety of skill sets to see a project to completion, and operate with a combination of strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a devotion to superior client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project, retainer, and ad hoc request deliverables with detailed attention to timelines, scope, budget, and quality
  • Tracking and reporting on health metrics to proactively ensure successful execution
  • Engage in active and creative mitigation of risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with team members to allocate resources and avoid roadblocks
  • Plan & maintain project schedules and resource plans using project management software
  • Proactively identify potential problems and provide thoughtful solutions
  • Manage regular communications with clients about project health, milestones, and budgets
  • Ensure project team has the resources it needs to meet project goals
  • Maintain a confident and informed voice for both our clients and our internal teams
  • Foster a detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 4 years professional project management experience
  • At least 2 years of agency experience leading teams across multiple disciplines in full service creative, digital marketing, web development, and ecommerce projects
  • Passionate problem-solving attitude and approach to daily tasks
  • Successful candidates will be independent, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Ability to guide clients through the nuances of work for the primary service areas of the business
  • Ability to juggle multiple work streams simultaneously and successfully.
  • Comfortable with frequent interruption and the ability to switch gears easily without disrupting a positive disposition
  • Equally driven to both lead teams and learn from them
  • Possess proven technical and personal communication skills that effectively facilitate project conversations and goals between our clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to maintain composed focus under pressure while adapting to changing project needs
  • Established skills to understand and help produce technical requirements and documentation
  • Highly communicative, responsible, thoughtful and fun to work with
  • Individuals must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Preference will be given to candidates in Portland, OR

The salary range for this position reflects various factors that influence compensation decisions, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, licensure, geographic location, and other organizational requirements. At KBF Advisory, it is uncommon for a candidate to be hired at the high end of the salary range, as compensation is based on the unique qualifications and circumstances of each individual. The estimated current salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
