Summary
The Senior Business Analyst partners with business and IT teams to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals. This role leads requirements gathering, system enhancements, project initiatives, and user support activities while driving continuous improvement across financial, manufacturing, and distribution business functions

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the functional liaison between IT and business users, supporting financial, distribution, and manufacturing systems across the organization.
- Lead system design, development, enhancements, implementations, and ongoing support for assigned business applications.
- Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analyses, and develop solutions that improve business processes and system functionality.
- Participate in and lead project lifecycle activities including business cases, project charters, testing, training, implementation, and project management.
- Support process improvement initiatives, maintain system documentation, and ensure data integrity and operational effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial, distribution, and manufacturing processes within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Experience with project management, systems analysis, data modeling, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
