Requirements

Candidates must have completed a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II program and be registered or in the process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals. At least one year of experience is preferred, and proficiency with dental practice management software is required.

The team at Dr. Sean M. Swift Dentistry located in Kelowna, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified/Licensed Dental Assistant on a full-time temporary basis.

The ideal LDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday-Thursday and 1 Friday per month
  • No evenings or weekends!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
  • Registered or in process of registering with the:• BC College of Oral Health Professionals
  • 1+ years' experience preferred.
  • Will consider Chairside Dental Assistant with experience
  • We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
