ServiceNow ITSM / Application Support Engineer

Experience: 6–8 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Full-Time

CTC: ₹17 LPA

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM professional with strong application support expertise and an AI-first mindset. The candidate will troubleshoot critical business applications, manage incidents and service requests, and contribute to AI-driven solutions using Generative and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and resolve incidents/issues.
  • Work on ServiceNow ITSM, incident management and service request fulfillment.
  • Monitor applications and contribute to system reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and provide timely issue updates.
  • Document solutions and contribute to support best practices.
  • Apply GenAI, Agentic AI and prompt engineering to automate processes and improve workflows.
  • Participate in team discussions and independently handle complex issues.
