This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Manager – Consent & Preference Management Platform based in the United States.
This role leads the execution and continuous improvement of an enterprise consent and preference management platform supporting a broad range of customer experiences. You will translate business, regulatory, and customer needs into scalable product capabilities and actionable delivery plans. The position sits at the intersection of product, technology, privacy, compliance, marketing, digital, and customer service. You will own key elements of the product lifecycle, from roadmap alignment and backlog management through delivery, adoption, and optimization. The role also focuses on ensuring consent and preference data is captured accurately, applied consistently, and activated appropriately across channels. As a highly collaborative product leader, you will influence stakeholders across business and technology teams while balancing immediate needs with long-term platform scalability. This is a remote opportunity with meaningful exposure to enterprise digital transformation in a highly regulated environment.

Accountabilities
• Own and manage the backlog for assigned consent and preference management capabilities, aligning priorities with the broader enterprise roadmap and product strategy.
• Translate business objectives, regulatory requirements, privacy policies, and stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, delivery, and business teams to plan, develop, test, and release platform enhancements on schedule and to expected quality standards.
• Lead development of capabilities including consent capture, preference management, suppression logic, policy enforcement, and downstream activation.
• Drive platform integration and ensure data models, APIs, workflows, and integrations follow enterprise standards and applicable regulatory guidance.
• Support omnichannel use cases spanning web, mobile, CRM, contact centers, and third-party integrations while identifying dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with marketing, digital, CRM, customer service, legal, privacy, compliance, data, identity, and analytics teams to support adoption and effective use of the platform.
• Serve as a day-to-day product escalation point, helping delivery teams and business stakeholders resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Develop enablement materials, documentation, and partnership approaches that support onboarding and adoption across business units.
• Advocate for intuitive, transparent customer experiences that clearly communicate data usage, choices, and controls.
• Monitor product KPIs such as consent capture, preference usage, data quality, error rates, and activation success, using insights to identify improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational friction, manual processes, and compliance risk while improving platform performance and integration health.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, platform product ownership, or digital capability delivery.
• Experience working with intelligent platforms, AI platforms, or Next Best Action platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex backlogs for enterprise platforms serving multiple channels and business units.
• Strong understanding of consent, preference management, privacy, customer data, or related digital governance concepts.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory, policy, and business requirements into functional product capabilities.
• Experience collaborating across technology, engineering, legal, compliance, privacy, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements, priorities, dependencies, and tradeoffs clearly.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulations and frameworks such as HIPAA, TCPA, CCPA, and Do Not Call requirements is an advantage.
• Knowledge of omnichannel engagement, personalization, customer data platforms, API-first architectures, data governance, and enterprise integration patterns is preferred.
• Experience working in scaled Agile or hybrid delivery environments is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to balance competing priorities and drive execution.

• Base salary range of $126,300–$173,700 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, education, certifications, and job-related skills.
