Desenvolvedor Fullstack Especialista ( Java,.Net, Python, Node/TS)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Fullstack Especialista (Java, .NET, Python, Node/TS) based in Brazil.

This is a senior technical leadership opportunity within a Development Center of Excellence, combining engineering expertise with people leadership and business perspective. You will serve as a technical and people reference, helping professionals grow while strengthening engineering standards and delivery capabilities. The role spans multiple technology stacks, with a strong focus on modern software engineering, cloud, APIs, microservices, and AI-assisted development. You will help define technical standards, roadmaps, frameworks, and governance practices across development teams. A key part of the role is supporting project staffing, capacity planning, technical proposals, and solution sizing according to client needs. You will work closely with stakeholders and client-facing teams across nearshore and LATAM environments, helping build high-performing technical teams. The position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to influence engineering maturity, talent development, and technology adoption at scale.

Accountabilities

• Lead the development and ongoing management of professionals within the Development discipline, supporting performance, career progression, engagement, and talent retention.

• Provide technical mentorship and continuous development opportunities, helping engineers strengthen their capabilities and stay current with evolving technologies.

• Define, maintain, and promote software engineering standards, frameworks, best practices, and technical guidelines across development teams.

• Lead and structure the Development Center of Excellence, ensuring the organization maintains the skills, capabilities, and technical capacity required to support projects effectively.

• Build and monitor the technical roadmap for the discipline, identifying opportunities to improve engineering practices, technology adoption, and delivery quality.

• Evaluate and promote the adoption of new technologies, tools, certifications, and modern development practices.

• Support the adoption and evolution of AI-enabled software development initiatives, including tools and practices that improve engineering productivity.

• Contribute to workforce planning, team composition, capacity management, and allocation decisions based on project requirements, seniority, skills, and delivery needs.

• Support the preparation of technical proposals and pricing activities, helping define appropriate solutions, effort estimates, team structures, and delivery models.

• Partner with client-facing teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure technical capabilities and team structures are aligned with client expectations.

• Establish and support technical governance processes, including code quality, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering standards.

• Help drive modernization initiatives, including the evolution of legacy systems and adoption of scalable, cloud-based architectures where appropriate.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in back-end and/or front-end software development, with the technical depth to operate across complex development environments.

• Strong expertise in at least one major technology stack: Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript, combined with the ability to work effectively across multi-stack environments.

• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, system integrations, and modern software architecture.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience working with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD and contemporary software engineering practices.

• Proficiency in engineering practices including Clean Code, automated testing, code review, and technical governance.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams, developing talent, and establishing engineering standards.

• Experience with project sizing and team composition, including assessing effort, seniority, skills, and capacity requirements.

• Previous involvement in technical pricing and the development of technical proposals.

• Practical experience applying AI to software development, including AI coding copilots, AI-assisted code generation and refactoring, and prompt engineering.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical leaders, client-facing teams, and business stakeholders.

• Advanced English or Spanish proficiency is required due to collaboration with international clients and nearshore/LATAM teams.

• A proactive leadership style combining technical judgment, people development, ownership, and business awareness.

• Experience with mobile development, legacy modernization, or large-scale technology transformation is considered an advantage.
