Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in refrigeration engineering and possess over 3 years of experience in after-sales service or customer quality. Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like 8D and KT, along with fluent English communication skills, is required.

Full description

  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions for feedback issues.
  • Collect feedback on product quality and service, continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, and drive ongoing improvements in the company's quality and service.
  • Actively support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new products for emerging markets and key customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Review warranty parts to ensure the timely supply of necessary components for resolving client issues.
  • Review repair work orders, provide feedback, and finalize cost settlements. Organize communication meetings with the service team to maintain smooth communication.
  • Plan and implement major projects, form relevant project teams, address unexpected issues as they arise, and ensure successful delivery of results.
  • Collect quality information and related data on components, and assist the quality assurance and procurement departments with supplier quality improvement and claims.
  • Conduct after-sales data analysis, complete metric statistics, and prepare reports.

B.  QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 3 years of experience as after-sales service or customer quality with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in refrigeration engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D and KT.
  • Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
