Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Glasgow

Work Mode: Hybrid- 2/3 Days on-site in week

Job Tye: 6 months Contract

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise to lead and deliver complex transformation and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale banking projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
  • Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors.
  • Drive project governance, reporting, UAT, implementation, and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within Banking/Financial Services.
  • Strong experience managing complex transformation or technology projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder, leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulatory environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification is desirable.

Salary: 60000 - 65000 GBP Per annum
