Candidates must have over 7 years of experience leading digital transformation programs and cross-functional Scrum teams in an agile environment. A Scrum certification is required, along with experience in GovTech, OutSystems, and managing legacy systems.

Full description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, translating stakeholder and regulatory requirements into a prioritised, executable delivery plan
  • Lead the cross-functional Scrum team through day-to-day delivery, including Agile planning and ceremonies, sprint and release planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and release governance
  • Work closely with the stakeholders and Scrum team to coordinate delivery, plan releases, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised product backlog items
  • Manage delivery plans, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers and escalations to ensure the timely delivery of product outcomes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the stakeholders and the Scrum team
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communications across LRIPD and divisions, as well as government agencies and third parties

Requirements

Skill Sets

  • Scrum Certification
  • 7 + years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment
  • 7+ years leading cross-functional scrum teams
  • Experience delivering government or public sector digital products

Experience

  • Experience in GovTech tech stack
  • Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
  • Experience in handling legacy tech systems
  • Good knowledge of the government ICT policies and standards
