Company Introduction
S2B Inc. is the parent company of TrueMods.com. We design, source, and sell our own lines of aftermarket automotive parts and accessories, with a focus on lighting, across our own website and major marketplaces. We control the full customer-facing presentation of every product we launch, from the first listing image to the instruction manual in the box.
We are a small team working on-site in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Everyone here owns real work and sees it reach customers. About the Role
We are looking for a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer / Product Photographer to own the product marketing visuals behind our products. You will photograph our products, then turn those photos into the imagery that sells them on every listing: edited and composited product images, vehicle lifestyle scenes, dimension and specification graphics, and the store graphics across our website and marketplaces. The role is primarily design, with photography as a core supporting skill.
You do not need to be a professional photographer. You do need to be comfortable behind a camera: shooting products yourself, bracketing exposures, and merging them into clean HDR images. AI is a working part of this job. We use AI image generation to build vehicle lifestyle scenes, then composite our own products into them from studio shots taken at matching angles. We are looking for someone who is strong with AI tools and has the Photoshop craft to make the final image true to the real product.
You will join a small, tight-knit product management and marketing team, reporting to our Marketing Director. You own product marketing visuals, working alongside our brand-focused Graphic Designer, and the two of you back each other up on product imagery. Attributes
The following are attributes one must have to excel in this position:• PRODUCT-MINDED - to understand what each product does and who it is for, and make its key features obvious at a glance.
- CLEAR COMMUNICATOR - to turn specifications, fitment, and functions into images a shopper understands in seconds.
- ADAPTABLE - to take feedback and adjust, revise imagery as we learn more about a product after launch or as market demand shifts, and keep raising quality as tools improve.
- ORGANIZED - to track every request, spec, and revision through to delivery, keep the content library and equipment log in order, and give a status update at any time.
How We Work
We are a small team, and we are not rigid about how work gets done. If you find a better way to work, we want to hear it. If it takes a new tool or subscription, we will buy it.
There is no scripted career ladder here. New capabilities tend to go to whoever wants to take them on. For example, we do very little video today. If that changes, it goes to whoever raises their hand. We would rather grow someone into a bigger role than bring in someone new. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute studio product shoots and occasional vehicle shoots, capturing the angles each edit needs
- Edit and retouch product photography, including HDR merging and compositing our products into AI-generated vehicle lifestyle scenes
- Produce and maintain all product listing and store graphics across our website and marketplaces
- Create dimension and specification images
- Keep the photography equipment log and handle equipment upkeep
- Organize and maintain the marketing digital content library (photos and video)
- Take on other in-house creative work as assigned
Qualifications
Required• 3 or more years of professional graphic design experience, in-house or agency
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of core design fundamentals: layout and grid systems, balance, contrast, and visual hierarchy
- Hands-on photography experience, including bracketed exposures and HDR merging. Hobbyist experience is welcome; a professional photography background is not required
- Photo compositing and retouching skills
- Demonstrated production use of AI image generation in real client or employer work
- Ability to create dimension and technical drawings of products
- E-commerce product imagery experience
- Able to work full-time on-site in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
