By combining creativity, data, and technology, we create work that doesn’t just reach people--it moves them, connects with them, and makes a difference in their lives. Because when our people bring curiosity and courage to the work, we unlock new possibilities for our clients, and better outcomes for the patients they serve. We’re here to push what health can be. And to make it matter.
Overview
Senior Project Managers lead the delivery of complex projects, integrated campaigns, and multi-workstream initiatives across capabilities, channels, partners, and stakeholders.
Senior Project Managers bring structure without slowing momentum. They are proactive problem solvers who thrive in complexity, challenge assumptions, and find smart ways forward when scope, timing, budget, resources, or priorities compete. In an environment where roles, skills, tools, and ways of working continue to evolve, Senior Project Managers help teams successfully adopt new approaches while maintaining delivery quality, clarity, and accountability. Senior Project Managers operate with a high degree of autonomy and may coach, mentor, or career-manage less experienced Project Management team members.
