Requirements

Independently leads the design, development, implementation, and support of complex Salesforce solutions and integrated technology platforms that meet business and user needs. Drives the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions by applying advanced best practices in Salesforce architecture, application development, system integration, automation, and software lifecycle management. Partners with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, and cross-functional teams to implement third-party solutions, lead technical initiatives, establish platform standards, and mentor engineers to ensure successful solution delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software components and services addressing business and user requirements. 2. Implements advanced features and enhancements using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices. 3. Leads code reviews and provides constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. 4. Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to plan and execute technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. 5. Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves complex software defects and production issues, applying root-cause analysis and corrective actions. 6. Participates actively in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design discussions, development, testing, deployment, and support. 7. Applies secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational guidelines. 8. Mentors and supports junior engineers to foster technical growth and adherence to best practices. 9. Utilizes and contributes to existing frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance application development across relevant technology domains.

Qualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training. 2. In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI for code development.
  • Experience implementing third-party software such as Eloqua, Highspot, and Seismic.
