What you’ll do 

• Build and optimise secure CI/CD pipelines and platform tooling across Keno’s modern and legacy technology environments.
• Design reusable infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes and Helm to support reliable, scalable delivery.
• Strengthen platform security through secrets management, vulnerability scanning, access controls and supply-chain protection.
• Create reusable tools, templates and automation that help engineering teams deliver faster, safer and with less friction.
• Apply AI to pipeline development, infrastructure analysis, incident investigation and the automation of operational work.

What you’ll bring 

• Proven experience across DevOps, Site Reliability or Platform Engineering within a commercial software environment.
• Production experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration and modern CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code capability using Terraform, Ansible or equivalent technologies.
• Cloud and security engineering expertise, including secrets management, access controls, scanning and secure delivery practices.
• A collaborative, pragmatic mindset with the ability to mentor engineers, manage incidents and build solutions others can confidently adopt.
