-Have 10+ years of professional software development experience.

-Be strong in Core Java and Spring Boot.

-Have real-world experience building REST APIs and secure backend services.

-Be comfortable developing both backend and React frontend.

-Have hands-on exposure to AWS.

-Follow TDD and clean-code practices.

-Have strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Understand software design principles and write maintainable code.
