About our Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance Reporting Analyst to join our business. Reporting to the Finance Manager – APAC FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Annual Budget setting and management reporting insights for the APAC commercial region.

This is an exciting time to join the team, with significant finance systems and reporting transformation underway across the APAC region. The role will play an important part in supporting evolving reporting processes, building robust data solutions and driving continuous improvement in the way financial insights are delivered.

The role is suited to someone who is highly proficient in Excel, comfortable navigating large datasets and financial systems, takes pride in producing accurate, timely and reliable reporting while building meaningful relationships across Finance stakeholders. They will bring a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and combination of strong technical capability with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

What you will do

  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), annual budget setting and monthly management reporting for the APAC commercial region;
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of consolidated regional financial data used for reporting and planning processes;
  • Support APAC Commercial Finance teams with reporting, forecasting and performance analysis;
  • Comfortable working in a Global business with large datasets and use of BI tools;
  • Drive continuous improvement of regional reporting to support business decision making; and
  • Contributes to a collaborative APAC FP&A team culture that prioritizes people & development.

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes is highly desirable;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with experience working with large and complex datasets;
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity;
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business;
  • Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and leverage technology to drive efficiency.
