As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of healthcare through business intelligence, working closely with cross-functional teams to extract, analyze, and visualize data.

Pay Range - $75-90,000 depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred:

  • 1-3 years of experience analyzing healthcare data sets
  • Experience analyzing clinical data sets (specifically behavioral health) - ie: BAM-R, PHQ-9, GAD-7
  • Multi-state, multi-site healthcare provider experience
  • Software Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau Desktop/Cloud, Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse functions
  • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) system

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes.
  • Present newly developed dashboards to field executives to ensure full understanding and utilization of reports.
