What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the Windows agent and probe client that runs on customer endpoints at scale
• Develop the agent's integration with server-side services over SOAP and REST, including generated proxy clients
• Work on token acquisition and renewal, session handling and JSON Web Token (JWT) lifecycle between agent and server
• Implement device registration, hardware fingerprinting and device identity
• Maintain agent installer packaging and upgrade paths across supported product versions
• Develop and troubleshoot messaging-based notification and configuration push from server to endpoint
• Diagnose failures that only reproduce on customer machines, working from logs and remote reproduction

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years building client or agent software, primarily in C#

• Strong experience integrating a client application with server APIs over SOAP and REST
• Working knowledge of token-based authentication — acquisition, renewal, JWT handling and session state
• Java for the server side of agent communication
• Experience with installer packaging and software upgrade paths
• Comfort debugging distributed client-server behaviour where you cannot attach a debugger to the client
• Demonstrated use of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted development lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices, or a directly equivalent methodology
• Go experience is beneficial
• Windows service development and endpoint software experience is beneficial
