Solutions Architect Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Architect Pleno based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to design and guide technology solutions that translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures. You will work across applications, data, infrastructure, integrations, and security to shape solutions from conception through implementation. The position combines architectural thinking with hands-on technical leadership and stakeholder collaboration. You will evaluate technologies, assess trade-offs, manage technical risks, and define solutions that balance business value with technical constraints. Observability, performance, availability, and security will be key considerations in your architectural decisions. You will operate in an agile, collaborative environment focused on digital transformation, engineering excellence, and continuous learning. The role is fully remote and offers exposure to diverse technology challenges and modernization initiatives.

Accountabilities: The role is responsible for translating business requirements into well-structured technical solutions while providing architectural direction and technical leadership throughout implementation.

• Map business needs, domains, and capabilities and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

• Define solution architectures, including architectural patterns, components, integrations, and communication flows.

• Design solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, resilience, availability, and security.

• Evaluate and select technologies based on requirements, technical impacts, costs, and compatibility with existing environments.

• Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across applications, data, security, and infrastructure.

• Document architectures, solution flows, technical decisions, and opportunities for future evolution.

• Define metrics, monitoring, observability, and alerting strategies to track solution performance and health.

• Identify technical risks and support the definition of appropriate mitigation actions.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during solution definition and implementation.

• Contribute to modernization and migration initiatives when applicable.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines solid solution architecture experience with systems thinking, strong technical judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working on solution architecture, systems integration, and process optimization projects.

• Experience analyzing business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, messaging, and integration patterns.

• Familiarity with technologies and platforms such as Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, and cloud environments.

• Knowledge of information security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.

• Experience with monitoring, observability, and code versioning.

• Knowledge of solution modeling and infrastructure and licensing cost estimation.

• Experience working in agile development environments.

• Strong systems thinking and critical analytical skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with technical and business stakeholders.

• Ability to make technical decisions based on data, impacts, constraints, and trade-offs.

• Strong organization and clarity when documenting technical solutions.

• Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities.

• Experience with Transition Architecture is a desirable differentiator.

• Experience with system modernization and migration to new architectures is a plus.

• Ability to evaluate risks, impacts, advantages, and limitations of technology decisions.
