SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Lead creative work for an iconic Australian brand!
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and play a key role in shaping the visual direction of Bonds. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer who's ready to take the next step in their career.
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll continue to lead the creation of impactful digital and print campaigns while also stepping into a mentoring and coaching role, supporting the development of two Junior Graphic Designers.
Working closely with the Graphic Design & Creative Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your leadership skills, provide creative direction, and help shape the growth of the wider design team, all while remaining hands-on with creative execution.
What you'll be doing
- Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, retail and wholesale channels
- Creating high-quality creative assets across web, social, retail, packaging and OOH
- Mentoring and developing two Junior Graphic Designers
- Providing creative direction and stakeholder collaboration
- Supporting innovation through emerging creative technologies and AI tools
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in graphic and digital design
- Interest in mentoring and supporting junior designers
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma capability
- Retail, fashion or ecommerce experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong eye for typography, composition and hierarchy
