  • 5+ años en infraestructura tecnológica, operaciones TI o ingeniería de plataformas.
  • Mínimo 2 años desempeñándose como:
  • Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
  • Reliability Engineer.
  • Observability Engineer.
  • SRE Lead.

Observabilidad

Debe tener experiencia comprobable implementando o administrando soluciones de observabilidad:

  • Dynatrace.
  • Datadog.
  • New Relic.
  • Prometheus.
  • Grafana.

SRE

Debe conocer y haber trabajado con:

  • Incident Management.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Availability Management.
  • Capacity Planning.
  • Monitoreo Proactivo.
  • Reliability Engineering.

Liderazgo

  • Liderazgo técnico de equipos o células.
  • Coordinación de iniciativas de confiabilidad.

Cloud

Experiencia en:

  • AWS.
  • Azure.
  • Ambientes híbridos.
